Description
SNY-298B is a water dispersible polyether modified amino silicone oil. It is specially designed to provide instant hydrophilic properties and outstanding softness and smoothness to all types of cotton fabrics.

How to use
SNY-298B can be used directly after diluting with water.
Recommended emulsion formula:
• SNY-298B: 20%
• Glacial acetic acid: 0.4%
• First part of deionized water: 5%
• Second part of deionized water: 20%
• Remaining deionized water: make up to 100%
Process:
1). Add SNY-298B and glacial acetic acid to the container and stir at 300rpm for 20min;
2). After slowly adding the first part of deionized water, continue stirring at 300rpm for 10min;
3). After slowly adding the second part of deionized water, continue stirring at 300rpm for 20min;
4). After slowly adding the remaining deionized water, continue stirring at 300rpm for 30min to obtain a milky white to translucent solution.
SNY-298B can be used for continuous padding, dipping, garment washing and other processes. The recommended processes are as follows:
1. Padding:
SNY-298B (20%): 20g/l-50g/l
pH: 5-6
Rolling rate: 60~80%
Drying: 110-170℃ .1~3min
2. Dipping:
SNY-298B (20%): 2~5% (o.w.f fabric weight)
Bath ratio: 1/10-1/20
pH: 5-6
Temperature: 30~50℃
Dipping time: 20-30min
Drying: 100-130℃
3. Garment washing process:
SNY-298B (20%): 2~5% (o.w.f fabric weight)
Finishing conditions are the same as the dipping process
Notes:
1. Hard water is not suitable as the working fluid. When the water hardness reaches 200ppm, it is recommended to use treated softened water.
2. SNY-298B may be incompatible with certain chemicals. A compatibility test is necessary before use.
