Description

SNY-NH4 is a series perfluoropolyether carboxylic Ammonium with different active contents.
Molecular structure: [CF(CF3)CF2O]n-COONH4

Features

Ionic fluorinated surfactants have low surface tension, excellent chemical and thermal stability, excellent biodegradability, low toxicity and so on. It can be used in coating inks, polymer emulsifiers, plastic/rubber processing, cleaning agents and other fields, and can replace perfluorocarboxylate (PFOA).

Application

Foamability: in the water-based system, the initial foam is more, the foam stability is good, and the oxidant is stable (such as chromic acid, peroxide and other oxidants).
Polymer: In the polymerization reaction of fluorocarbon monomers (such as tetrafluoroethylene PTFE, vinylidene fluoride PVDF, etc.) can be used as a good emulsifier.
Adhesive: Significantly enhance wetting and leveling properties, improve product penetration and adhesion, compatible with most water-based formulations.
Detergent: can be effectively used for hair care and hard surface cleaning agent, enhance wetting ability, improve cleaning effect.
