Applications
SiMR-363 is widely used for mono density polyester polyurethane(PU) shoe soles production. It is also suitable for integral and elastomer PU if a high gloss finish is required.
How to Use
Dry and clean the mold before use. Dilute SiMR-363 with suitable solvent. Brush, spray the dilution on surface of mold. The frequency of use is based on the complexity of the mold and the molding material. Recommended dilution rate with dilutes:
Integral and elastomer PU: 20-40 times
SiMR-363 is recommended to use at a mold temperature of 35℃ to 75℃.
