Silicone Surfactant SiBH-2698

Description

SiBH-2698 is is a non-hydrolyzable silicone surfactant which is suitable for flexible polyurethane foam production.

Properties

• Stable when it’s dissolved in water during the production;
• High potency surfactant, even in the 10 kg/m3 formulation, it can still provide ideal stability, and emulsification.
• Provide foam wide processing latitude.

Application

SiBH-2698 is recommended for conventional flexible foam. The detail dosage in the formulation depends on several parameters. For example, density, the temperature of the raw material and the machine conditions.
