SunoCoat™ SRC-2311 is a 100%solvent-lessaddition-curing silicone intended for coating paper and other substrates.

Application

The SRC-2311 is special design for glassine substrate coating. The dosage of different component should be adjusted base on different process condition and application.After mixed components even, the coating on the substrate surface to curing and achieved the target release profile.

How to Use

When use SRS-2311, please follow belowstep and ratio：

Step 1: Weight the main polymer SRS-2311................................... 100p

Step 2: Weight the crosslinker CRL-03....................................... .2.8-3.2p

Step 3: Mix the crosslinker and make sure it was dispenser well.

Step 4: Weight the catalyst CAT-01 and add in during mixing ..........................................0.9-1.3p

Attention: do not mix the crosslinker and catalyst directly as dramatic reactionwould happen.

Step 5: Mix until the catalyst even.

Bath life: All system bath life is relative to the formulation, equipment, mixing process, temperature and environment. SRC-2311 additive would not change the original bath life(Normally about 5 hours at 40℃)

Release force:Release forceperformance is relative for many factors.We measure the release force with different substrate and adhesive to define therelease force performance. While the standard release force measure could use standard tape to measure.Typical release force performance:

Curing: Curing results is relative the formulation, quality for substrate, curing temperature and oven efficiency. We acquired the following results：
