SiMR-2040 is an aqueous silicone emulsion which is used as general use mold-release agent.

Application
• Lubricant for rotary offset printing
• Release agents for industrial rubber, EVA shoes, tires, plastics and casting materials

How to Use

SiMR-2040 is recommended to diluted to 1.5% -3% active content when applied for industrial mold-release.

Add soft water first to SiMR-2040 under mechanical stirring. The reverse order of addition is not recommended. The diluted SiMR-2040 should be sprayed or applied with gauze or brush.

• For EVA shoes: 85L-115L water : 1L SiMR-2040

• For industrial rubber use: 18L water ：1L SiMR-2040
